Swim Time at Stony Creek

The trek up to the falls was worth it with the gorgeous water cold, but refreshing! The waterfall was around to the right in the first photo but I couldn't walk in the water over the rocks without falling so was unable to get a photo from this level. These three were thinking it was too cold to swim until I just jumped straight in and of course they followed!!

Off to Stony Creek

Declan took us to this gorgeous part of his world, Stony Creek. I loved the trees and even the interesting track.

I was quite amused to find this street!!

Getting a photo of these three proved to be rather difficult with their face pulling, pushing and shoving etc!

I just had to share the photo of this plane doing acrobatics. The photo was taken whilst I was standing on the balcony of the apartment we were staying in.

Barron Falls

We recently visited Barron Falls near Cairns. A pathway led through the rainforest where I was looking for basilisks which Declan thought was quite hilarious until I explained how I wanted to keep up with my friend, Kim!! We were only able to find these sculptures, though!!

Well, here goes! My first post!

Our recent trip to Cairns gave me the opportunity to take some panorama photos. This one was taken at the Look-out on the Kuranda Range road. The weather wasn't as clear as I would have liked, but I was still thrilled with this view of the gorgeous coastline.
